Founded in 1987, Nafis & Young Engineers, Inc. (NYE) is a multi-disciplined civil/sanitary/environmental engineering firm whose key personnel have provided a variety of consulting services to Federal, State and Municipal agencies. The company founders, Mr. Allan S. Young, P.E., and Mr. Leslie G. Nafis, P.E., L.S., have over thirty years service as Town Managers and Town Engineers in several communities in Connecticut and Massachusetts. It is through this experience that NYE has developed a unique approach to engineering, engineering as a service, management approach and the final design product.
