Mr. Galligan specializes in large municipal and governmental projects involving infrastructure improvements, utility extensions and development, and municipal industrial parks. He has been actively involved in the practice of engineering since 1979.

Mr. Galligan manages projects from project concept and preliminary design stages through contract documents and inspection/contract administration. He is fully responsible for client contact and satisfaction, monitoring both design and project costs, and directing projects through the construction phase. He also makes all public presentations and hearings for his projects.

Mr. Galligan also acts as Town Engineer in the review of site and subdivision plans for several Connecticut municipalities.
