David Nafis is a Licensed Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer and serves as Chief of Survey for Nafis & Young. Mr. Nafis is responsible for Land Surveying quality control and procedures on all land surveying activities including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, A-2 Boundary Surveys, T-2 Topographic Surveys, Highway Monumentation, HAZMAT Surveying, Subdivision Layout, and Construction Stakeout.

Mr. Nafis also acts as Town Engineer in the review of site and subdivision plans for several Connecticut municipalities.
